We process the name, company, email address, country and message you submit through the inquiry form on this site. No personal data is collected through cookies or tracking outside the form.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to answer your inquiry and to run sample and quotation processes. The legal basis is pre-contractual communication and legitimate interest.
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties other than our hosting and email infrastructure providers; where transfer abroad occurs, the relevant providers are stated explicitly in this notice.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for as long as the relationship requires and within statutory retention obligations; thereafter they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
