    Following many years of work by Mehmet Kahraman, his son Cuma Kahraman established the sole proprietorship in Antakya.

    Family partnership

    Mehmet Kahraman — grandson of the elder Mehmet Kahraman — together with İzzettin, Ayhan and Ahmet Kahraman joined the company, and the sole proprietorship became a family partnership. The wording "Cuma Kahraman and Sons" on product labels dates from this period.

    Present activity

    The company produces and exports olive oil under its own brand and under buyer brands. The facility has two milling lines, an in-house laboratory and packaging capability up to a 24-tonne flexitank.
