We have been producing olive oil in Antakya since 1967. Milling, analysis, filling and packaging are carried out at our own facility. Packaging options range from 175 millilitres to a 24-tonne flexitank.

Company history
Founding and partnership structure
Following many years of work by Mehmet Kahraman, his son Cuma Kahraman established the first sole proprietorship in Antakya in 1967. In 1988 the company became a family partnership with the participation of four brothers. In 2010 four further family members joined the partnership.

Mehmet Kahraman worked in the olive oil trade for many years; the founding of the company rests on that experience.

Company founded
Cuma Kahraman established the sole proprietorship in Antakya.
1988
Family partnership
Mehmet Kahraman, grandson of the elder Mehmet Kahraman, together with İzzettin, Ayhan and Ahmet Kahraman joined the company.
2010
Partnership extended
Cuma, Mert, Furkan and Burak Berk Kahraman joined the partnership.

Filling

Quality control
Quality control and laboratory
Every batch is tested before filling in our in-house laboratory, equipped with the instruments required for olive oil analysis. Production is carried out within the scope of the ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems and the Food Safety Management System certificates.
